• Play a leading role in the SAP Technical team within the Banking Business Unit. • Responsible for both sales and delivery of SAP Fioneer banking related projects. • Conduct sales and pre-sales activities of opportunity identification, pre-sales presentation and proposal writing and submission. • Ensure quality of client interaction, thought leadership, and guidance on industry best practices. • Deliver and implement required technical solutions following project standards within timeframes and quality levels. • Act as a trusted technical advisor to banking clients on their transformation journeys. • Work closely with bank's Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in defining the scope of work. • Provide SAP Fioneer Banking technical expertise to stakeholders. • Participate in development and implementation of SAP Fioneer team strategy and mentorship of junior resources. • Create design and build artifacts, produce technical architecture and design documents, and collaborate in integrating SAP Fioneer solutions into channels and downstream systems.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in finance, computer science, technology, or engineering. • 8+ years of consulting experience in at least 3 of the SAP Core banking domains like Deposits, Loans, Master Contracts, Collateral Management & Payments. • Experience with modern SAP technologies such as API management, REST/OData, and event‑driven architecture. • Solid technology architecture knowledge and understanding, ideally in software or cloud solutions. • Proven industry relevant track record of in-depth knowledge of SAP Fioneer technical platform capabilities and functional capabilities, implementations, associated standards, practices and regulations. • Client facing service experience required. Engagement across stakeholders and ability to run information gathering and sharing sessions. • Maintain a strong understanding of emerging AI trends and apply AI‑driven techniques to enhance analysis, automation, and delivery efficiency within SAP Fioneer Banking implementations. • **Technical Skills: ** • Solid SAP Fioneer Banking Technical project experience, including implementation, platform upgrade, legacy migrations and data migration. • A working knowledge of domestic and international banking domains. • Solid business writing skills (business cases, proposals). • Solid presentation and facilitation skills. • Eagerness to learn and to take responsibility. • You demonstrate ownership and accountability in everything you do. • **Soft Skills: ** • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
