📋 Description

• Strategically develop the UX practice across the Proalpha Group • Establish UX standards and steer the Group-wide advancement of UX together with stakeholders • Own the Group-wide design system, prioritize requirements, and further develop the roadmap • Establish standards, components, and patterns sustainably in collaboration with development teams • Advise Product Leads and teams on UX-related topics • Support user-centered solutions and build UX expertise across the organization • Contribute actively to concepts and designs when required • Establish methods, processes, and tools for user research • Help teams access user feedback and enable data-driven UX decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in UX/UI • Extensive project experience in complex software environments and cross-functional teams • Knowledge of Figma, design systems, and UX/UI tools • Ability to structure complex processes • Experience developing functional user experiences • Initiative and a proactive approach • Strong communication skills • Creative, driving mindset • Focus on sustainable, user-centered design • Very good German language skills • Good English language skills for communication in an international environment
