• You lead client projects from the initial concept through to successful implementation. • Planning and implementation: You are the key to successfully delivering our solutions. • Analysis: By conducting precise process mapping at our clients, you develop robust concepts for deployment. • Presentation: You present tailored solution concepts in client workshops. • Process and cost optimization: You work closely with our clients to optimize processes and reduce costs. • Continuous improvement: With your creativity and experience, you support our ongoing product development.
• Degree in engineering, a technical field, or an equivalent qualification • Experience delivering IT projects as well as hands-on experience in manufacturing, production planning, and production control • Deep understanding of processes in manufacturing companies • Strong consulting skills, self-motivation, pronounced customer and service orientation, and excellent communication and facilitation skills • Very good German language skills and good English skills for communication in an international environment
