📋 Description

• Provide technical service and support at customer sites across Germany • Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic faults on gantry milling machines • Perform inspections, maintenance and repairs • Support machine installations and commissioning • Carry out structured fault analysis • Ensure machines are fully operational before handover to the customer • Work independently on service assignments or together with another technician for larger interventions • Communicate directly with customers and provide professional technical support on site

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally as an electrician, electronics / mechatronics / electromechanical technician, or comparable qualification • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant hands-on field service experience • Practical experience with CNC milling or turning machines • Experience with portal/gantry milling machines is an advantage • Good knowledge of Siemens and/or Heidenhain controls • iTNC 530, TNC 640 or TNC7 experience is highly desirable • Strong electrical/electronic/electromechanical troubleshooting skills • Structured approach to fault finding • Comfortable working independently and dealing directly with customers • Willingness to travel regularly throughout Germany during the working week • Fluency in either German or English; knowledge of both is an advantage
