📋 Description
• Perform requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation • Convey complex requirements to internal and external stakeholders • Develop solution, requirement, and discovery documents for review • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities • Demonstrate work deliverables to stakeholders • Execute project work using Agile methodology • Design and develop workflow and functional diagrams • Manage task and work tickets, including descriptions and acceptance criteria • Develop understanding of business best practices for associations and nonprofits • Collaborate with project managers and development teams on timely, on-budget work products • Support identification of training needs for team members and clients • Document standard operating procedures
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of business analysis experience with a consulting or professional services firm or other large enterprise • 2+ years of business analysis experience for technology or technology services implementation projects • Excellent oral and written English communication skills • Experience gathering requirements, writing solution documents, and writing SOPs • Agile project experience • At least one Agile methodology certification • Salesforce certification is highly desired, or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of joining • Experience working in the non-profit or association industry is preferred • Salesforce implementation or administration experience is preferred • Experience administering or heavily using Fonteva, Nimble AMS, or other Salesforce solutions for nonprofit organizations is preferred • Experience providing quality assurance and/or acceptance testing is strongly preferred
