📋 Description

• Implementing and customizing Zoho CRM modules (Deals, Leads, Pipelines) • Setting up workflows, blueprints, and custom functions (Deluge) • Integrating Zoho Projects and Zoho Books for delivery and finance automation • Supporting client onboarding and documenting key processes • Coordinating with designers and the finance team on client proposals

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience within the Zoho One ecosystem • Proven experience with CRM customization and automation • Familiarity with Deluge scripting and Blueprint automation • Basic understanding of project and finance modules (Zoho Projects, Zoho Books) • Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely • Proficiency in Portuguese or English • Commitment to deadlines and collaborative teamwork
