📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners • Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements • Monitor affiliate performance, focusing on metrics such as FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality • Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI • Support affiliates with promotional strategies and campaign optimization • Ensure affiliates operate in line with brand guidelines and compliance requirements • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally within iGaming, sportsbook, betting, or performance marketing environments • Solid experience working with LATAM markets • Existing network or portfolio of active affiliates (SEO affiliates, influencers, media buyers, or traffic partners) • Strong understanding of affiliate performance models and KPIs • Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools • Ability to manage partnerships, negotiate deals, and drive performance-based growth • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Professional working proficiency in English • Spanish or Portuguese as native language is highly preferred
