📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, high-performance full-stack web applications using Python FastAPI and React.js • Architect and optimize relational SQL and non-relational NoSQL database schemas • Integrate AI/ML technologies, including predictive modeling, NLP, or LLM-driven features, into production workflows • Drive critical product features from technical specification through design, development, testing, and production deployment • Design and maintain clean, secure, well-documented RESTful APIs using FastAPI • Optimize frontend performance and backend API latency for low-latency responsiveness and high availability • Articulate technical designs and trade-offs to engineers, product managers, and executive stakeholders • Advocate for clean code, solid unit and integration testing, CI/CD, and conduct code reviews

🎯 Requirements

• B. Tech or higher qualification • 7–10 years of professional software development experience in an enterprise or high-growth tech environment • Expertise in Python with hands-on proficiency in asynchronous frameworks, specifically FastAPI • Strong proficiency in modern React.js, including Hooks, state management solutions like Redux/Zustand, and modern UI libraries • Strong hands-on experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL • Strong hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Redis • Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML libraries and models such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, OpenAI API, LangChain, or Hugging Face into real-world applications • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Firm grasp of Microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and asynchronous task processing • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Preferred: experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or Chroma • Preferred: experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and monitoring/logging tools • Preferred: understanding of MLOps pipelines and model deployment strategies • Any relevant AI/ML and Cloud certification is an advantage
