📋 Description

• Oversee a team of 20+ accounting professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous development. • Employ Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and enhance operational efficiency. • Utilize advanced data analytics to monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement performance management strategies to ensure high quality, accuracy, and timeliness in service delivery. • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of financial management principles, taking ownership of the team's P&L. • Maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standard of service.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a similar degree. • 4+ years of experience managing a team of 20+ • 4+ years of experience managing 10+ clients simultaneously. • Working knowledge of US GAAP (or foreign equivalent) and financial statement presentation • Detail-oriented and able to effectively complete tasks. • Extensive experience working in a large accounting role, working as a manager/ supervisor within a finance/accounting department. • Proven track record of experience in supervising, leading, and coaching a team. • Excellent MS-office or Google Suite experience • Advanced English
