âą Recruit qualified candidates and strategic resources for ProSidian clients. âą Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule high profile targeting, including but not limited to recruitment and placement of professionals with experience. âą Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. and screen candidate resumes, "glass slipper" questions, and job applications. âą Communicating with supporting partner and subcontractor data calls and participating in processes for determining bill/cost rates, resource availability, and technical reviews. âą Arranging and conducting interviews (telephone, video, or in-person) and assessing applicant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude. âą Facilitate orientations and good starts for employees and contractors and assist in on-boarding to become fully integrated, completing compliance requirements, and managing badging and security conditions when necessary. âą Train basic knowledge and awareness sessions on NAICS Code 541611, background on ProSidian, required policies and procedures, the client environment, and generalized project focus. âą Provide proposal and business support while working to develop new business while implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies while interacting with clients to establish customer loyalty, referral, and repeat business. âą Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booths at job fairs and facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a technical, industry, community, and marketplace presence.
âą Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business/related field or equivalent of Science Degree in related technical and human resources. âą Have at least six (06) years of proven experience in recruiting top technical talent, with a keen focus on diversity & retention. âą Have at least four (04) years of proven experience successfully sourcing and strategic resourcing CLEARED technical talent, ranging from Public Trust to TS/SCI clearances. âą Have demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative Sourcing and Strategic Resourcing strategies. âą A good understanding of technology and technical skills. âą At least three years of related recruiting experience, with prior experience in technical roles a plus. âą Knowledge and experience in the Nuclear and High-Hazard / Complex Operations Industry Sector. âą Experience in recruitment processes and platforms. âą SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred. âą SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential. âą Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
