📋 Description

• Manage the entire end-to-end sales process, including active outbound prospecting, conducting meetings, preparing commercial proposals, and closing deals. • Actively prospect for new customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media. • Conduct closing meetings. • Prepare customized commercial proposals, presenting products or services clearly and objectively. • Negotiate commercial terms, payment schedules, and discounts. • Keep the company CRM consistently updated with information about customer interactions and ongoing negotiations. • Participate in sales team training sessions and alignment meetings. • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and other departments to ensure a complete customer experience. • Consistently work toward achieving the sales targets and objectives established by the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the parts industry, preferably heavy-duty vehicle parts, is desirable. • Experience with consultative B2B and/or B2C sales. • Experience with outbound prospecting.
