📋 Description

• Support client projects in selecting, implementing, optimizing, and providing follow-up support for GRC solutions • Work on solutions for risk management, internal control systems, compliance, information security, ESG, and internal audit • Take responsibility for the conception, design, and architecture of IT systems • Conduct and support implementation projects • Contribute to project management • Deliver training and provide client support • Collaborate actively with technology partners such as SAP, Corporater, ServiceNow, Workiva, and OneTrust • Help shape and develop the GRC Technology consulting service portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Degree with a focus on IT or extensive experience in the IT industry • Passion for and enthusiasm about software implementation and configuration • Willingness to regularly learn and become familiar with new topics • Motivation to work with flexible, complex software solutions • Practical programming experience, including Java and SQL • Experience with databases • Experience in (agile) project management, such as Scrum • Authentic presence and excellent communication skills in German and English • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills • Strong team orientation in international teams • High level of client focus • Willingness to travel as needed to build and maintain client relationships
