📋 Description

• You will play a key role in implementing ServiceNow projects within our Digital Engagement area for our clients and beyond our existing client base.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in an IT-related field or extensive experience in the IT industry • Experience with ServiceNow (for example in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, IRM, SecOps, HRSD, or as a developer) • Ability to manage stakeholders and work under time constraints • Proven track record of delivering technical projects within the ServiceNow ecosystem • Preferred: ServiceNow certification (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD); familiarity with ITIL terminology; basic knowledge of project management and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Design Thinking); and experience with JavaScript, relational databases, and/or web technologies • Very good German skills (alternatively, very good English skills) • Strong team orientation within international teams and a high level of customer focus • Willingness to travel to build and maintain client relationships
