📋 Description

• Support the operational management of the project, serving as a liaison between the management team and development teams, with a focus on organization, visibility, and delivery tracking. • Keep the project board up to date and track activity progress. • Monitor deadlines, owners, dependencies, risks, and blockers. • Support daily stand-ups, checkpoints, and planning meetings by consolidating status updates. • Identify deviations and flag potential impacts on the schedule. • Support blocker management and follow up through resolution. • Support backlog organization and prioritization. • Facilitate communication among management, development, and other departments. • Ensure decisions, outstanding items, and action plans are documented. • Support improvements to project tracking and governance processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Excel, project management, Kanban, and Agile processes. • Experience tracking activities, projects, and project boards. • Knowledge of deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and backlog prioritization. • Strong communication and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail. • Courses or certifications in project management and/or Agile methodologies are considered a plus. • This position is also open to candidates with disabilities.
