📋 Description

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements • Analyze and document business requirements, mapping AS-IS and TO-BE processes • Gather data and integration requirements, including fields, business rules, and information sources and destinations • Support the definition of AI use cases with Agentforce • Translate business needs into Salesforce platform solutions in collaboration with the technical team • Write user stories and acceptance criteria • Conduct functional refinements with the team and client • Organize and prioritize the backlog with the Product Owner and client in Azure DevOps, Jira, or a similar tool • Support development by clarifying functional questions during sprints • Participate in Agile ceremonies and present deliverables during sprint reviews and demos • Support functional testing and lead UAT with the client • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials • Support go-live, hypercare, and user adoption of the solution • Maintain an overview of project scope, timelines, dependencies, and outstanding items • Anticipate functional risks and blockers and propose action plans • Prepare status materials and reports for leadership and clients • Track scope changes and assess their impacts • Record decisions and agreements, ensuring traceability between requirements, stories, and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including objects, fields, relationships, data models, profiles and permissions, reports, and dashboards • Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce • Understanding of declarative automation, including Flow, approvals, and validation rules, with the judgment to determine when a requirement calls for development • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira • Experience with process mapping using BPMN, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools • Experience leading meetings and workshops directly with clients, business stakeholders, and leadership • Experience with or aptitude for project tracking, risk management, status reporting, and executive presentations • Clear and concise verbal and written communication, tailored to technical and business audiences • Negotiation and facilitation skills, with the ability to handle conflicts, changing priorities, and client expectations • Analytical thinking, business acumen, and a proactive approach • Agility, organization, and autonomy to manage multiple workstreams and priorities • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, or Agentforce Specialist • Experience with Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, or system integrations, APIs, and MuleSoft • Experience with digital channel and customer service projects, such as chatbots, WhatsApp, and IVR • Basic knowledge of SOQL or data queries • Agile certification, such as CSPO, PSPO, or similar, or project management certification • Experience with data migration or legacy system projects • Knowledge of the energy sector • Intermediate or advanced English and Spanish proficiency
