âą Background in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field âą At least 3 years of experience in game economy design, monetization, or product analysis âą Strong analytical and mathematical skills, advanced in Excel (Knowledge of SQL or Python/R is a plus) âą Ability to make data-driven decisions and translate analysis into clear actions âą Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
