📋 Description

‱ Creating, managing and optimizing global performance marketing campaigns across various user acquisition channels. ‱ Conducting A/B tests and coming up with new approaches considering the test results. ‱ Analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns based on performance data. ‱ Create and manage a high quality creative production pipeline. ‱ Working closely with artists to improve ad creatives and suggest new concepts. ‱ Staying up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to improve growth strategies.

🎯 Requirements

‱ At least 3 years of experience in a similar role ‱ Good knowledge of campaign management platforms, ad networks and analytical tools ‱ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills ‱ Passion for mobile games, gaming trends and player behaviors ‱ Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment
