📋 Description

• Act as a ConfirmIT Expert and support advanced & Reportal scripting needs • Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient survey scripts • Script surveys using Survey Designer and Authoring in ConfirmIT • Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless execution • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams • Follow programming standards and contribute to process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in ConfirmIT survey scripting • Experience with Survey Designer, Authoring, Reportal, and panel management in ConfirmIT • Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, and survey logic • Ability to manage complex projects independently • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools as needed • Willing to work in AU/SG time zones and collaborate with global teams
