📋 Description

• Own and maintain our ClickUp workspace as the single source of truth • Manage project documentation, timelines, and task tracking • Build templates, dashboards, and automations that scale with the business • Write clear SOPs and document processes for recurring workflows • Manage team workload across marketing, creative, and operations • Keep the team on track and hold people accountable to deadlines • Break down large projects into clear, actionable tasks • Coordinate with founders, creative, marketing, and external partners • Run weekly check-ins to maintain momentum and surface blockers • Conduct quality assurance (QA) before launching new campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in managing e-commerce or marketing projects • Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp (templates, dashboards, automations) • Proven experience writing SOPs and building processes from scratch • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion • Strong track record of managing team workload and keeping people on track • Exceptionally organised with obsessive attention to detail • Confident communicator who can hold people accountable professionally • Self-motivated with ability to work independently • Experience with e-commerce platforms - preferably Shopify • Nice to Have: Experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n) • Experience in health, wellness, or supplements brands
