📋 Description

• Create social media posts for recruiting and culture channels, including Instagram and LinkedIn • Design internal communications such as employee shoutouts, leaderboards, incentive announcements, and newsletters • Build recruiting and employer-brand content featuring real employees and stories • Support marketing materials across print and digital as needed • Maintain consistent visual style across all materials • Proofread and polish copy • Work during core hours of 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday • Agreement may be ended by either party with one month's written notice

🎯 Requirements

• Strong design skills and a strong portfolio • Comfort creating for social media, not just print • Good writing instincts and an eye for detail • Someone reliable who communicates well and works independently • Bonus: photo retouching and basic video editing • C2-level written and spoken English is a hard requirement • Application, resume, and portfolio must be submitted in English
