📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain flexible and scalable solutions based on internal PuzzleHR and client needs • Develop, maintain, and performance-tune SQL Server databases • Write complex queries and stored procedures • Develop, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize APIs for performance and reliability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand workflows • Ensure designs meet business and technical needs • Improve API performance, scalability, and code quality through testing, monitoring, and optimization • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards • Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices • Apply new knowledge to improve product performance and security • Develop API connections integrating applications and platforms with ERP systems

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in C#/.NET • Strong abilities in object-oriented programming and software design • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining APIs • Hands-on experience with RESTful design and integration principles • Solid understanding of security best practices, including authentication and encryption • Strong problem-solving and design skills • Experience with SQL, T-SQL, and managing/optimizing data flows • Familiarity with integration tools and techniques for connecting multiple systems • Proficiency in version control systems such as Git • Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure • Ability to work in an Agile/iterative environment and adapt to changing requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Experience with Agile methodology • Experience with JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks like React • Exposure to Node.js or Java for backend development • Knowledge of automated testing tools and continuous integration practices for API development • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to move up to 15 pounds at times • Must be able to participate in video conferences/meetings
