📋 Description

• Design, build, and support enterprise data and analytics solutions within the SAP landscape • Design and develop SAP HANA data models, calculation views, SQL scripts, table functions, and database objects • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions • Develop and maintain enterprise data models and analytics solutions for operational and strategic decision-making • Perform performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA models, queries, and database processes • Support SAP integrations and data flows across SAP and non-SAP systems • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues through root cause analysis and system diagnostics • Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver business-aligned solutions • Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and support procedures • Implement data quality and governance best practices • Support user adoption through knowledge sharing, user training, and post-deployment support • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout design, testing, deployment, and support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in SAP development, data, and analytics solutions • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP HANA, including data modeling, SQL scripting, calculation views, and performance optimization • Experience designing and supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, and data management solutions within SAP environments • Working knowledge of SAP modules, particularly FI/CO, SD, and MM • Experience working in Agile environments and using Jira • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Nice-to-have: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) • Nice-to-have: Experience with SAP Datasphere • Nice-to-have: Experience supporting retail or ecommerce business environments • Nice-to-have: Knowledge of cloud-based analytics and data governance best practices
