📋 Description

• Act as a fully qualified Lead Auditor with established practical experience in the FSSC 22000 scheme. • Prepare and execute audit plans, including sampling, process walks and traceability (mass balance when applicable). • Assess compliance with ISO 22000, applicable PRPs and FSSC Additional Requirements (e.g., food defense, food fraud, allergens, service management, environmental monitoring where applicable, food safety culture). • Collect and record evidence; write nonconformities and observations objectively and in accordance with scheme rules. • Prepare and review reports, certification recommendations and records in the certification body (CB) system within required timeframes. • Evaluate client corrective actions (correction/root cause/effectiveness) and support internal technical decisions when requested. • Comply with requirements for impartiality, independence and confidentiality; follow CB procedures and the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO 22003-1. • Keep qualifications up to date (changes to the FSSC scheme, normative documents and accreditation requirements).

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a related field (Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, Pharmacy, Engineering or similar) or equivalent proven experience. • Strong experience in food safety (FSMS/HACCP/quality/production) in organizations relevant to categories C0, CI, CII, CIII, CIV and I. • Qualification as an FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor. • Knowledge and practical application of: ISO 22000 (risk-based approach, OPRP/CCP, validation/verification, change management, communication), PRPs for the audited sector (e.g., ISO/TS 22002-1 for food manufacturing, when applicable), and the current FSSC Additional Requirements. • Demonstrated ability to conduct audits with independence, good judgment, professional conduct and technical report writing skills. • Availability for frequent travel (regional/national) and for on-site audits.
