📋 Description

• Conduct on-site audits of organic operators • Plan audits: preliminary process analysis, definition of sampling, risk checks, preparation of checklists per standard • Conduct interviews, field/facility inspections, and gather evidence • Issue clear, comprehensive, and timely audit reports, documenting non-conformities and deadlines for corrective actions • Evaluate evidence of corrective actions and support the decision/certification process according to internal procedures • Maintain technical knowledge of regulatory changes and internal policies • Act with ethics, impartiality, confidentiality, and a focus on quality

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Organic Auditor (US-NOP, BR, CE-EU) • Practical experience in audits involving traceability and mass balance, verification of inputs, and risk assessment (contamination, commingling, organic integrity) • Ability to draft technical reports and carry out audits autonomously • Availability for travel and field audits • Experience across multiple scopes: primary crop production, primary animal production, processing, wild collection, etc.
