• Based in Vietnam, travel to Southeast Asian (SEA) countries, you will primarily audit local factories, especially those with Chinese foundations. • Your daily duties include auditing the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers, sometimes without prior notice. • Your focus areas will include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and other aspects according to applicable international standards or specific client procedures. • Able to work with interpreters for verification, interviews, and data analysis. • Submit reports in a timely manner and with the required quality. • Remain alert to any violations, exercise vigilance when interacting with factory management, and meticulously document all findings in detailed reports to be delivered to the client. • Approach your role with the utmost integrity, as your conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients. • Frequent Chinese and English communication, both spoken and written, are required.
• A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major • APSCA CSCA level • Strong knowledge of social audit framework and criteria • Work experience in 3rd party auditing • Posses qualification of various social compliance audit schemes such as SLCP, BSCI, WRAP ESCP etc.
