• 协助完成招聘工作，含社会招聘&校园招聘 • 负责员工入职&离职流程办理 • 组织新员工入职培训 • 维护员工信息&QP系统 • 协助完成每月薪资数据，包括加班数据统计、社保公积金购买、补贴计算等数据输出 • 定期组织员工活动，如年会、节日活动等 • 定期输出招聘、OT等报告&数据分析 • 协助完成其他上级安排的工作
🎯 Requirements
• 本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业 • 有招聘或其他模块实习经验优先 • 良好的英语读写能力，CET4及以上 • 优秀的沟通能力和结果导向，细心积极，学习能力强
