📋 Description

• Plan and conduct RSPO SCC audits for various organizations within the palm oil supply chain • Assess compliance with RSPO SCC standards and identify areas of non-compliance • Perform risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems • Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations • Communicate audit results to clients • Stay up to date on RSPO SCC requirements and industry best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of the certification process • Manage multiple audit projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines • Travel to multiple sites across Brazil to perform on-site audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Agriculture, or a related field • RSPO SCC lead auditor certification (required or preferred) • ISO 9001 qualification from an accredited, internationally recognized body (e.g., PECB or IRCA) • Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing or a related area • Proven experience with RSPO SCC audits or similar sustainability certifications • Strong knowledge of auditing techniques and the RSPO supply chain certification standards • Excellent risk assessment and data analysis skills • Excellent report writing and communication skills • Proficiency in time management and organizing multiple projects • In-depth knowledge of the sustainable palm oil sector and supply chain management • Familiarity with environmental and social sustainability practices • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus • Availability for frequent travel within Brazil and possibly internationally
