• Serve as a strategic partner to operations, supporting leadership through data analysis, performance metrics, and productivity insights • Analyze operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve processes • Prepare workforce planning studies, assessing the need to increase or redistribute staff • Support the Operations Supervisor in managing operational activities and customer relationships • Prepare management reports, presentations, and analyses to support leadership decision-making • Monitor performance metrics and assess the effectiveness of implemented initiatives • Identify operational deviations and recommend corrective and preventive actions • Participate in customer meetings, presenting results, KPIs, and improvement opportunities • Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across operations • Work directly on field operations and projects, traveling to different cities
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Process Management, Statistics, or a related field • Experience in operations, data analysis, or operational management is a plus • Availability for frequent travel • Valid Category B driver’s license • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Analysis and interpretation of performance metrics (KPIs) • Preparation of management reports and executive presentations • Operational planning and monitoring • Workforce planning and productivity analysis • Process management and continuous improvement • Problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques • Customer service and relationship management • Experience analyzing operational KPIs is a plus • Experience managing productivity and workforce planning is a plus • Field operations experience is a plus • Knowledge of or experience in the agribusiness sector is a plus • Experience presenting results and managing customer relationships is a plus
