📋 Description

• Lead the technical Google Workspace deployment team • Ensure excellence in the technical execution of migrations and deployments across the Google ecosystem • Build and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs), design career paths, and continuously manage performance • Oversee the quality of technical execution for data migration, dashboard configuration, DNS, and other components • Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, who defines the overall direction and deep technical architecture • Hold frequent 1:1 meetings with analysts for mentoring, active listening, and feedback • Structure and manage the technical team’s career development plan • Identify training needs and coordinate the team’s technical development • Foster a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and innovation • Ensure email and file migrations from Exchange, Office 365, and Zimbra to Google Workspace • Ensure security, network, and domain configurations, including DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC • Facilitate the resolution of technical blockers and involve the Tech Lead for complex escalations • Conduct sample-based audits of technical quality before go-live • Define the optimal team allocation (Capacity Planning) • Monitor project timelines and scope • Track migrated data volumes and security checklists • Manage the team’s workload and productive capacity

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in people management and leading technical teams • Strong technical background in implementation and migration projects (Cloud, Email, Servers), especially in Google Workspace environments • Ability to understand technical architectures, engage with the Tech Lead at a high level, and guide the team during execution • Demonstrated experience in developing team members through coaching, mentoring, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and career path design • Bachelor’s degree, technologist degree, or postgraduate degree (as listed in the posting metadata)
