📋 Description

• Search and onboard IBs, affiliates, and ad platforms in your region • Support partners through activation and ongoing work • Manage CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Lot models • Monitor partner performance and optimize results • Assist in negotiations and deal closure • Identify new growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• From 2 years as affiliate manager or bizdev in Forex/CFD • Understanding of regulated broker operations • Existing network of IBs/partners in the Middle East is a strong advantage • Familiarity with affiliate models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid • Fluency in English • Strong communication and structured approach • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
