📋 Description

• Work closely with Quality Officers using audit preparation materials and agenda support • Prepare audits using shared information • Conduct audits at supplier sites according to customer-specific requirements and agreed agendas • Deliver accurate, high-quality audit reports within established timelines • Collaborate with the Qualifyze team on report revision and CAPA review • Provide thorough and objective audit findings • Complete the auditor qualification process and provide audit experience details for future audit allocation

🎯 Requirements

• Educational background in Health & Life Sciences, or demonstrated long-term experience in the industry • Minimum 10 years in Pharma or an applicable Health & Life Sciences sector if relying on industry experience • Strong, hands-on experience within the applicable Health & Life Sciences industry • Proven track record of conducting audits, with consistent and verifiable audit activity within the last 3 years • Evidence of relevant and accredited auditor training, or demonstrated experience conducting initial audits under the guidance of experienced auditors • Good level of English, written and spoken • Ability to write reports and communicate professionally in English • Relevant certificates and qualifications, including university degree, to be uploaded • Professional liability insurance requested • Ability to conduct audits in relevant languages and indicate proficiency levels • Ethical, independent, and responsible conduct during all audit phases • Openness to different evidence and viewpoints when forming audit conclusions • Respect for auditee workplace culture and rules • Ability to understand people, processes, and culture across different situations • Ability to adapt while applying a logical, systematic approach to audit planning, conducting, and reporting • Agreement to Qualifyze's Data Privacy for Job applicants
