📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservice-based applications • Define and implement integration patterns between internal and external systems • Contribute to architectural decisions involving distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and application design • Develop backend solutions primarily using Kotlin and Spring Boot • Contribute to frontend applications built with TypeScript, Nuxt, and NuxtUI when required, while focusing on backend development • Build and operate cloud-native workloads on Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run • Define and maintain infrastructure using Terraform • Participate in code reviews and pair programming • Apply Test-Driven Development practices and maintain automated testing standards • Write maintainable, modular, well-structured code following Clean Code principles • Improve CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows • Use AI-assisted software engineering tools and practices • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle • Document technical solutions, architectural decisions, and development processes using Confluence • Manage development activities using Jira, Git, and GitLab

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience in backend software development • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems • Good understanding of common enterprise integration patterns • Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin • Strong experience with Spring Boot • Experience designing and developing REST APIs and service-to-service integrations • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native application development • Practical experience with Cloud Run or similar container/serverless platforms • Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code • Solid understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Clean Code, code reviews, pair programming, continuous integration, and continuous delivery • Strong experience with Git-based development workflows, preferably using GitLab • Experience working in collaborative development environments using Jira and Confluence • Experience incorporating AI tools into software engineering workflows • Experience with TypeScript, Single Page Applications, Nuxt, NuxtUI, broader full-stack development, and containerized/serverless cloud environments are nice to have
