📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 21 and Spring Boot • Develop and integrate REST and SOAP APIs for communication between internal and external systems • Implement and maintain event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka • Work with SQL databases, including database design, query optimization, and data persistence • Develop and maintain automated integration tests using TestContainers • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend applications for performance, stability, and scalability • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver reliable software solutions • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of development practices • Contribute to application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in containerized environments

🎯 Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 21 and Spring Boot • Develop and integrate REST and SOAP APIs • Implement and maintain event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka • Work with SQL databases, including database design, query optimization, and data persistence • Develop and maintain automated integration tests using TestContainers • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend applications • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of development practices • Contribute to application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in containerized environments • Hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes for container orchestration and application deployment (nice to have) • Previous experience in banking or financial services, particularly with banking system integrations (nice to have) • Understanding of transaction processing, data consistency, and secure communication between financial systems (nice to have) • Familiarity with Docker and cloud-native application development (nice to have)
