📋 Description

• Translate regulatory policy changes into clear business requirements and functional specifications for solution design and delivery • Create and execute roadmaps focused on solution development and implementation • Present timelines, milestones, and status updates to senior management, with or without a Product Owner • Hold strategic discussions independently • Align with project management, software engineering, and vendors to connect business divisions and solution providers • Identify, implement, and maintain solutions • Document requirements, processes, and controls in Confluence and Jira • Own end-to-end delivery as a Business Analyst • Manage and prioritize the product backlog • Support SIT/UAT and pre-go-live change activities • Take ownership of production issues through coordinated resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Strong financial services acumen • Ability to translate regulatory policy changes into clear business requirements and functional specifications • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured requirements and solutions • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience interacting with senior management in international environments • Ownership mindset and strong delivery focus • Ability to work under pressure and drive topics end-to-end into production • Solid working knowledge of Agile methodologies • Strong practical skills in Excel and PowerPoint
