📋 Description

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and take corrective measures as required to ensure they are effective • Help agile teams continuously improve incremental delivery of value to clients and stakeholders • Monitor agile team metrics including velocity, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), and team health • Identify inefficiencies in agile team operations and remove impediments to team progress • Advise, facilitate, mentor, and coach agile team members and stakeholders • Understand the context of supported teams, including strategic and delivery targets, structure, agile frameworks, constraints, team dynamics, mindsets, human nature, and technical considerations • Foster continuous improvement and a collaborative environment while advocating self-organization • Join communities and forums to observe influencing at work and improve communication skills across a larger audience • Collaborate with the Product Owner and agile team to maintain a healthy prioritized product backlog • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to continuously improve agile processes

🎯 Requirements

• Expert in Scrum, Scaled Agile processes and related techniques, derived from leading agile teams in different environments • Comfortable offering guidance and leadership, both individually and at team levels • Structured with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities • Passionate about agile values, coaching and supporting people to embrace changes to their way of working • Continuous improvement mindset and dedication to finding new ways of working • Servant Leadership: puts the needs of the entire team before that of the individual and helps others perform to the best of their abilities • Excellent analytical and communication skills; emotionally intelligent, open-minded and collaborative • Ability to recognize management challenges in transitioning to agile ways of working • Experience identifying opportunities to increase return on investment, reduce costs and save time for teams • Ability to connect product technology, architecture, and delivery processes with agile processes and practices • Ability to work in a global multicultural environment • Certifications in PSM, SAFe, PMI, or ICP are a plus
