📋 Description

• Act as a functional expert in Quantexa’s platform and products and apply its capabilities to real-world banking challenges • Lead discovery sessions with customers, prospects and partners to understand business challenges, technical requirements and desired outcomes • Design and refine tailored solutions with customers, partners and internal teams • Advise on enterprise deployment options and technical decisions • Support strategic banking customers by helping define account strategy and drive long-term business value • Own the strategy and vision for Decision Intelligence across the customer enterprise • Collaborate with Product, Delivery and strategic partners to align with customer goals and support successful delivery, value realization and expansion • Drive operational adoption of the Quantexa platform • Build and maintain executive-level relationships and act as a trusted strategic partner • Support renewal and expansion opportunities • Contribute to the growth and development of the Banking Field Engineering function

🎯 Requirements

• Functional expertise in Quantexa’s platform and products • Strong understanding of banking practices, regulatory environments and industry challenges • Understanding of data or specialization in banking solution domains including data management, financial crime, risk management, fraud detection or customer intelligence • Platform implementation experience • Significant experience working with clients and fostering executive relationships • Experience in a consulting role • Experience working across functions to create effective collaboration and drive best practices • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Significant experience in a commercially focused technical role, such as Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Sales or Value Consulting • Strong experience working with data and technology platforms within the banking sector • Experience setting and delivering against a long-term vision and roadmap • Strong product and technology expertise within the banking industry • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders • Willingness and ability to travel as required for customer and business needs • Fluent in both Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
