📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and optimize enterprise business intelligence solutions • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that transform complex data into meaningful business insights • Implement data visualization techniques to communicate trends, KPIs, and business performance metrics • Design and maintain data processing pipelines and ETL processes • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database views • Build and maintain scalable data models for business intelligence and enterprise reporting • Gather requirements and translate business objectives into technical specifications and data solutions • Partner with Corporate Communications, HR, and other business units to align reporting solutions with organizational goals • Manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations • Identify and evaluate new data sources to expand analytics capabilities • Support enterprise data governance, data integrity, privacy, security, and compliance • Maintain reporting structures, business rules, organizational hierarchies, and metadata definitions • Create technical specifications, data dictionaries, solution documentation, and user guides • Research emerging technologies, reporting methodologies, and business intelligence best practices • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation capabilities, and data architecture • Provide technical expertise and recommendations for strategic BI initiatives and enterprise reporting programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or in a similar analytics-focused role • Minimum 5 years of experience developing enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions • Proven experience leading the design and delivery of enterprise-scale BI solutions in complex data environments • Advanced expertise with Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), preferably utilizing Workstation • Experience with Strategy Administration and semantic layer development, including attributes, facts, hierarchies, metadata management, and schema design • Minimum 5 years of SQL development experience, including advanced query tuning and optimization techniques • Experience working with BigQuery and large-scale analytical datasets • Strong understanding of ETL design, implementation, and maintenance • Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, and enterprise reporting solutions • Experience supporting HR, Corporate Communications, Finance, or enterprise reporting functions is considered an asset • Experience with SAP Business Objects, Information Design Tool, SAP Business Warehouse, BEx Query, SuccessFactors, Tableau, or Power BI is considered an asset • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects and competing priorities with minimal supervision • Experience providing technical guidance, establishing BI best practices, and supporting reporting strategy initiatives • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills • Experience implementing data governance, privacy, and security controls within BI environments
