📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor supporting complex, high-value sales opportunities across EMEA • Guide technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery to closing • Create tailored demonstrations and narratives aligned with high-level business outcomes • Lead complex proof-of-concepts, defining success criteria and quantifying measurable business value • Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions • Collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration • Coordinate with Product and Engineering for smooth post-sales onboarding • Support RFP responses • Provide structured customer feedback to influence the product roadmap • Engage digital teams, product teams, architects, developers, and C-level executives • Position Quantum Metric’s digital analytics platform as a key component of enterprise digital transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Italian; additional European languages preferred • 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within the SaaS or software sector • Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations • Ability to engage technical teams and C-suite executives • Hands-on experience with web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS • Experience with ROI-based solutioning • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple strategic deals • Willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA • Experience in Digital Experience Analytics or CXM platforms preferred • Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data architecture, or tagging strategies preferred • Background in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting preferred
