Quantum Fiber Services, LLC was established in 2019 with a focus on Technical Fiber Optic Services such as Testing, Termination, Fusion Splicing, Troubleshooting, and Emergency Outage Response. As time has progressed we have expanded the services as well as shifted our focus to include Training Consulting, Design, Asbuilding, and Fiber Optic Equipment Restoration./Repair The founder of QFS, LLC was also the CFO of the wildly successful Lazertech Fiber Specialists, INC from 2009 till its purchase in 2016 by Infinigy Solutions. Due to the Sale of Lazertech and its absence of Fiber Services allowed for a greater range of competition Fiber Optic Services industry to fill its void. In Order for Quantum Fiber to continue to be on the cutting edge, We have decided to expand as well as refocus the structure of the business. With our New State of the Art Training Center Located in Rochester NH, we will be able to offer Certification courses and Hands on Training to the Seacoast area.

📋 Description

• Advanced understanding of cash and accrual basis accounting • Understand role based technology tools • Ability to prepare, post and reconcile transactions for AR/AP, Cash, Expense reports, Payroll, Fixed Assets depreciation, and Prepaid amortization journal entries accurately and efficiently and performing self-reviews • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes • Assist in basic financial reporting (aging reports, fixed assets and prepaid schedules) by compiling and reviewing data for accuracy and completeness • Identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 3-5 years' experience in accounting • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills & basic knowledge of Power Query • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Intacct • Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP, with a preferred understanding of IFRS • Strong analytical skills • Outstanding attention to detail • English B2 Level • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage workload priorities, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
