Quantum Fiber Services, LLC was established in 2019 with a focus on Technical Fiber Optic Services such as Testing, Termination, Fusion Splicing, Troubleshooting, and Emergency Outage Response. As time has progressed we have expanded the services as well as shifted our focus to include Training Consulting, Design, Asbuilding, and Fiber Optic Equipment Restoration./Repair The founder of QFS, LLC was also the CFO of the wildly successful Lazertech Fiber Specialists, INC from 2009 till its purchase in 2016 by Infinigy Solutions. Due to the Sale of Lazertech and its absence of Fiber Services allowed for a greater range of competition Fiber Optic Services industry to fill its void. In Order for Quantum Fiber to continue to be on the cutting edge, We have decided to expand as well as refocus the structure of the business. With our New State of the Art Training Center Located in Rochester NH, we will be able to offer Certification courses and Hands on Training to the Seacoast area.

📋 Description

• Overall day-to-day management of financial reporting accuracy and on-time processing of client information • Reviews more complex accounting transactions and processes • Assists with the onboarding process of new clients processed by the accounting team. • Documents client accounting processes in SOPs for client accounting tasks. • Escalates team-related processing issues to the Accounting Manager and helps address issues identified by clients. • Responsible for Quality Assurance for work produced by direct reports. • Assists the Accounting Manager in balancing processing needs and ensures work distribution to meet client deadlines. • Interfaces with the Accounting Manager and communicates client needs to the accounting team. • Consolidates accounting-related questions and inquiries from direct reports and resolves issues before engaging the client. • Supervises supporting staff and provides guidance for timely and accurate completion of duties. • Provides coaching and mentoring to team members to develop accounting management skills in client processing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance • 5-10 years of experience in accounting. • Knowledge of U.S GAAP and IFRS • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software • Advanced Excel skills • Outstanding analytical skills with strong attention to detail • Advanced English (B2+ level) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
