🎯 Requirements

• **What we're looking for** • - Proven B2B sales or closing experience — staffing, services, SaaS, or similar preferred • - Exceptional spoken English is essential. This is a phone-first sales role — you will be cold calling and closing US business owners directly. Your voice, fluency, and natural confidence on a call are your primary tools. South African English is highly regarded in the US market and a genuine advantage in this role; what matters is that you sound assured, articulate, and easy to understand from the first word. • - Willing to work US EST hours — South Africa is well-positioned for this. EST is only 6 hours behind SAST, meaning a standard SA afternoon covers a full US morning. • - Comfortable working leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn • - Self-motivated and disciplined — you don't need a manager over your shoulder • - Experience selling to or working with US-based clients is a strong advantage • - Coachable, organized, and consistent in follow-up • - Hungry for uncapped, USD-denominated, performance-based income • **This role is not for** • - Anyone expecting a base salary or guaranteed hourly pay • - People who need constant supervision or hand-holding • - Reps looking for a 9-to-5 with a predictable paycheck
