📋 Description

• Answer phones and take detailed messages • Communicate with patients and doctors • Schedule and manage appointments • Translate documents and assist with language interpretation as needed • Assist with medical billing and insurance verification • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality • Provide general administrative support to the medical team

🎯 Requirements

• Client Success or Client-Facing Experience • Familiar in using Simple Practice • Customer Service Experience • Previous experience as a medical virtual assistant or similar role • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages • Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring proper record-keeping and documentation • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently • Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain professional relationships with patients and healthcare professionals • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
