📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with prospective customers and generate interest in QuickTeam's services. • Utilize effective communication techniques to warm up leads, build rapport, and establish trust with potential clients. • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, pain points, and buying behaviors. • Build strong relationships with potential customers by effectively communicating the value proposition and tailoring messaging to specific needs. • Properly explain products and services to prospective customers when making appointments. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge in CRM • Knows how to create a drip campaign • Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex products and services. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Available to people in the Philippines only. • Willing to work on EST Hours • Full Time 40 Hours a week
