📋 Description
• Perform 2nd line Service Desk activities • Investigate and resolve technical incidents and service requests • Provide technical support related to CNC • Take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution • Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues • Work closely with the Service Desk and Managed Services teams • Contribute to maintaining continuity and quality of service delivery
🎯 Requirements
• 5–10 years of relevant experience • Experience with CNC • Experience in a Service Desk, technical support, or similar environment • Good command of English; Dutch is a plus • Ideally, availability to work early and/or afternoon shifts; regular full-day shifts can also be considered
