⢠Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat ⢠Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues ⢠Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams ⢠Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and provide feedback to improve the support process ⢠Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system ⢠Provide training to customers on new products and software updates ⢠Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve product offerings ⢠Continuously improve technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with new technology and software releases
⢠2+ years of experience in technical support or related field ⢠Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ⢠Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills ⢠Ability to work well in a team environment ⢠Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools ⢠Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems ⢠Basic understanding of networking protocols and concepts ⢠Knowledge of javascript and React js ⢠SQL and database query language experience
