• Own and manage the affiliate program strategy, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of affiliate partners. • Identify, negotiate, and establish high-impact affiliate and strategic business partnerships. • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and meet KPIs. • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal, finance) to support partner needs and streamline operations. • Stay up to date on affiliate marketing trends, technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. • Prepare regular reports and insights on affiliate performance and business development activities. • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to grow the partner network.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing (business development). • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance-based marketing models. • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data to make data-driven decisions. • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
