âą Partner with business and other stakeholders to develop and administer privacy and cybersecurity compliance procedures, trackers, registrations, and calendars across the organization âą Develop scalable procedures with appropriate automation for privacy impact assessments, data-subject requests, and similar workflows âą Coordinate privacy reviews of vendors, products, systems and business processes âą Support incident response for data breaches and other privacy incidents âą Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs across the organization âą Prepare privacy metrics, dashboards, status reports and audit-ready documentation for internal stakeholders
âą Bachelor's degree or comparable experience with an associateâs degree in law, information security, data analytics, or a related field âą Strong attention to detail, judgment, and commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct âą Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to convert requirements into clear tasks, records and practical guidance âą Four to six years of experience in privacy, cybersecurity compliance, legal operations, regulatory compliance or a comparable operational role âą Fluency with AI and/or automation (e.g., Power BI) tools with demonstrated experience automating routine procedures âą Demonstrated ability to create and manage recurring compliance processes, multiple deadlines, documentation and cross-functional follow-up with limited supervision âą Experience supporting a multinational privacy, cybersecurity, or similar compliance program âą Experience administering privacy requests, assessments, records of processing, vendor reviews, regulatory trackers, or compliance audits âą Experience reviewing vendor and third-party contracts, especially for privacy or security terms âą Familiarity with response processes for privacy and data incidents âą CDPSE, CIPT, CIPP/E or /US, Security+, or other relevant privacy or cybersecurity credential âą Fluency in Slovakian and/or German languages
