📋 Description
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions. • Prepare and maintain invoices, financial records, and supporting documentation. • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. • Assist with month-end closing activities. • Enter and verify accounting data accurately. • Support expense reporting and payroll-related processes. • Follow up on outstanding balances and vendor inquiries. • Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. • Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with internal teams and clients. • Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies.
🎯 Requirements
• Technical degree, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or similar functions. • Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher), both written and spoken. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
