• Gestión completa de la contabilidad para múltiples clientes en EE.UU. • Carga manual de transacciones (bancos y tarjetas) • Conciliaciones bancarias y de tarjetas de crédito • Asientos contables y revisión de libro mayor • Cierre mensual • Identificación y corrección de discrepancias • Carga masiva de transacciones/importaciones cuando sea necesario • Comunicación con clientes vía email y llamadas/Zoom
🎯 Requirements
• +4 años de experiencia como Full Charge Bookkeeper • Manejo avanzado de QuickBooks Desktop (excluyente) • Experiencia con QuickBooks Online • Experiencia con empresas de EE.UU. • Conocimiento de contabilidad estadounidense • Inglés avanzado (comunicación oral y escrita) • Experiencia en trato con clientes
