📋 Description

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays or issues • Ensure projects comply with company standards, policies, procedures, and SLAs • Work with project managers to develop project scopes, charters, action plans, resources, budgets, and timelines • Collaborate with program managers on requirements and expectations for end-to-end enterprise talent solutions • Derive trends and insights from performance metrics and communicate findings to leaders • Help clients develop and maintain enterprise talent pipelines using recruitment solutions • Manage the complete talent flow for dedicated enterprise customers • Set up reports and define KPIs • Measure customer success using funnels and proactively drive performance improvements • Achieve agreed performance SLAs and deliver high-quality candidates on time • Advise clients on market trends and help them run successful programs • Build and expand internal and client relationship networks • Participate in management meetings regarding client status • Handle complex, non-standard user and customer program issues • Work with colleagues to solve issues and take ownership of finding answers • Contribute expertise to projects and project design approaches • Inform stakeholders about new releases • Monitor support processes and verify appropriate support approaches • Support customers with SLA expertise and advice • Provide friendly, responsive support and answer questions • Collect data and prepare accurate reports, evaluations, and complex non-standard technical support reports

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed a master’s degree / MBA or equivalent • Practical work experience, ideally in HR Tech as a customer success manager, account manager, or delivery manager • Strong command of English • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Strong communication and presentation skills • Confidence interacting with co-workers and management at all company levels • Detail-oriented, efficient, reliable, and ready to perform • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach • Ability to work both on a team and independently • Strong analytical reasoning skills • Curiosity and passion for new challenges
